How much will it cost?

When you book a diagnostic appointment, the diagnostics cost $89. However, once we know what is wrong with the appliance, we will give you a quote based on parts and labor required to finish the job. If you decide to do the repair, we will drop the diagnostic fee and you ONLY pay for the repair.

What is an appointment window?

When you receive an appointment, our software will send you a time. Your technician will have two hours to arrive from this time. So, if your appointment time is 9 AM, then your appointment window is 9 - 11am. If your appointment is at 2pm, it would be 2-4 pm etc. We will call you 30 minutes before arrival.

What is your repair Guarantee?

We offer a 30 DAY PARTS and LABOR GUARANTEE.

Can I cancel an appointment?

Yes it is easy, just CALL US. Please do not text or email. It must be 24 hours in advance. This way we can book another client into your window. Customers who are not available, or cancel when we are in route to the appointment will not be allowed future appointments with our company.
